This privacy policy governs the collection and use by Oakland Kendo Dojo Inc., a California nonprofit public benefit corporation (“OKD”), of information used and collected on its website. OKD does not share personal information of any kind with anyone. We will not sell or rent your name or personal information to any third party. We DO NOT sell, rent 
or provide outside access to our member list or any data we store.

The OKD only collects such personal information that is necessary for you to access and use our services. This personal information includes, but is not limited to, first and last name, physical address, zip code, email address, phone number, birth date, other personal information necessary to generate membership, event and AUSKF enrollment, insurance and other legal and managerial documentations. OKD may release personal information if OKD is required to by law, search warrant, subpoena, court order or fraud investigation. We may also use personal information in a manner that does not identify you specifically nor allow you to be contacted but does identify certain criteria about OKD’s members in general (such as the number of unique visitors, and the pages most frequently browsed).

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

Our website may contain links to other websites of interest. However, once you have used these links to leave our site, you should note that we do not have any control over that other website. Therefore, we cannot be responsible for the protection and privacy of any information which you provide while visiting such sites and such sites are not governed

IV. Policy Changes 

If we change our privacy policy we will post those changes on this page. Registered students, and sensei/instructors will be sent an email that outlines changes made to the privacy policy.
